Working methodology


Employers currently complain of a shortage of skilled labour, a phenomenon that was given a lot of coverage and is of great consequence to Quebec’s population. Recruitment is therefore facing a revolution and must, for instance, make changes in its so-called conventional approaches.

The recent appearance of new information technologies and communication worldwide have dramatically changed the hiring practices. Thus, our firm has developed its expertise according to the direct method, which previously was exclusively designed for senior and executive positions, called the "hunt". This technique now also masters social and business networks to attract skills and experience required by employers.

Our approach consists in directly solicit professionals, regardless of title or hierarchy, in previously identified targets, and convince them to join an opportunity at one of our customers.
